Every purchase from our community supports farmers restoring soil health, increasing biodiversity and building a resilient, regenerative food economy.

Our flour is milled by small-scale UK millers who prioritise organic U.K grain over commodity imports. By working with independent mills, we champion grain with character and celebrate provenance, craft and depth of flavour in everything we bake.

We are a forward-thinking bakery rooted in diversity, both in the land we source from and the team we build. By supporting biodiverse farming and fostering an exciting, inclusive workforce, we are helping shape a richer food culture and a more sustainable future.
