NOVA Bakehouse is a neighbourhood bakery at Leeds Dock in the heart of the South Bank. 

With a commitment to fresh flour and guided by nature, we apply intuitive techniques to all we bake. Providing sourdough bread and flavourful pastries for our community, whilst creating an alternative economy for farmers that regenerate land with diversity.

We focus on the human scale and champion positive interactions over commercial extraction.
