Rhubarb holds a unique place in the history and culture of Leeds as one of the locations that connects the boundaries of the Rhubarb Triangle, home to Yorkshire’s Forced Rhubarb. Our supply comes from the legendary Rhubarb Robert and his forcing sheds, just 6 miles from the bakery.
The unique flavour and intensity of colour is a beacon in the bleak winter months and begs to be preserved in jars of jam before the season is out.
